During the weaving process of the circular machine, when the machine starts and stops, sometimes a circle of horizontal marks will be produced on the cloth surface, which is generally called a stop mark.
The production of downtime traces is related to the following reasons
1) It is related to the excessive matching gap of the transmission part of the machine and the looseness of the large gear. Due to the excessive transmission gap, when the machine starts and brakes, the yarn feeding device and the needle cylinder rotate out of sync, or the needle cylinder drifts, resulting in yarn The tension changes drastically, and the size and shape of the coil change accordingly, forming stop marks, and in severe cases, holes, missing stitches, and broken yarns...
2) The belt tension of the yarn accumulator is too loose or the flying flowers in the speed regulating disk are loose or the flying flowers are seriously accumulated in the speed regulating disk, so that the friction coefficient between the belt and the slider in the yarn feeding speed regulating disk get smaller
3) The fit between the triangular track and the knitting needle or sinker is too loose. track length to the cam). When the triangular track and knitting needles are too loose, the fabric surface will be dense, and the yarn feeding tension will be loose when running slowly; if it is opened too fast, the fabric surface will become thinner, and the loose yarn tension will become tighter.
4) If the cam box is adjusted in the center, the design and manufacture are unreasonable, and it is easy to produce stop marks.
5) Double-sided knitting machine The same problem will occur if the large triangular gear or the looseness between the large plate gear and the pinion gear also occurs. When starting or braking, it is easy to cause the upper and lower needle cylinders to shake, which affects the alignment of the upper and lower knitting needles
