The Occurrence and Solution of Holes in Large Circular Knitting Machines
1) Check whether the shape of the knitting needle is skewed, and whether the needle latch can be opened and closed normally.
2) The yarn feeding tension is too large. Adjust the yarn feeding tension, check whether the yarn is entangled, and whether the yarn is blocked at the position of the yarn feeder and affects the yarn feeding.
3) The density of the fabric is too large. Adjust the line length.
4) The alignment of the upper and lower triangles is unreasonable, and a pull occurs when forming a loop. Readjust the alignment.
5) The mouth of the needle cylinder is not smooth enough or the gap left by the needle cylinder mouth is not enough. Overhaul the needle barrel.
6) Individual knitting needles and needle grooves are too advanced. Check whether there are sundries stuck in the needle groove, and check whether the knitting needle and needle cylinder are damaged.
The Generation and Solution of Mechanical Flower Needle
1) The depth of the needle pressing point is not enough, which makes it difficult to take off the ring. Press the triangle down to adjust the pressure pin point.
2) The cloth tension is too loose. Speed up the cloth rolling speed to make the tension of the cloth surface reach a reasonable state.
3) The evenness of the yarn is uneven. Replace with better quality yarn.
4) The needle latch is damaged, and the needle groove is blocked by dirt, which makes the movement of the needle latch inflexible. Replace the needles.
5) The viscosity of the knitting lubricating oil is too high, resulting in inflexible movement of the needle latch. Replace lubricant with lower viscosity.
The occurrence and treatment of missing needles
1) The cloth tension is too loose. Adjust the cloth rolling speed to make the cloth surface tension reach the ideal state.
2) The yarn feeder angle is wrong. Check the front, rear, left, right and height positions of the yarn feeder, and adjust to a suitable position.
3) The quality of the knitting needle is faulty, the needle is broken or the position of the needle is deformed. Replace faulty needles.
4) The yarn tension is too loose. Adjust the yarn to achieve the proper tension.
5) The roundness or flatness of the syringe is not well done. Recalibrate the installation accuracy of the syringe.
6) There is cotton wool or other dirt in the needle cylinder, which causes the knitting needles to not run on the same plane.
The generation and solution of horizontal bars
1) There is a problem with the yarn feeding system. Check whether the yarn is running normally on the creel, yarn feeder and yarn feeder.
2) The yarn eating speed is inconsistent, resulting in uneven yarn tension. When the yarn feeding speed is guaranteed to be consistent, adjust the yarn tension to be consistent by using a yarn tension meter.
3) Yarns have different thicknesses or yarns with different specifications. Change the yarn.
4) The roundness, flatness or the same circle of the upper and lower syringes, and the same level are not done well. Recalibrate the circle to reach the standard range.
